Create Email Account with cPanel
Learn how to create an e-mail account using cPanel for your business.
Follow the steps below to create an email account using cPanel.
Login to cPanel
Enter https://yourdomain.com.au/cpanel into your browsers navigation bar.
A prompt comes up asking you to enter login information.
- User Name: provided to you
- Password: provided to you

Now that you have logged in you will be at the main page.
- Click Mail this icon should be at the top left of all the icons in the middle of the page.

- Click Add/Remove/Manage Account
Mail Account Maintenance
- Click Add Account
Modify/Add Auto-responder
- Email: Enter in the prefix for your email E.g. 'john.smith'
- Password: Enter the password that you want to use for this account.
- Quota: Enter the total amount of megabytes that you want the mail account to have.
- @: This is where you select what domain you want used. If you have one domain only then you won't need to click this.
- Click Create
