Follow the steps below to configure Auto Responders for your email accounts using cPanel. Login to cPanel
Enter https://yourdomain.com.au/cpanel into your browsers navigation bar. A prompt comes up asking you to enter login information. - User Name: provided to you
- Password: provided to you

Now that you have logged in you will be at the main page. - Click Mail. This icon should be at the top left of all the icons in the middle of the page.
Mail Manager Main Menu- Click Auto-responders
Auto-responder Maintenance- Click Add Auto-responder
Modify/Add Auto-responder- Email: Enter in the prefix for your email E.g. 'john.smith'
- From: Enter the sender name that you want them to see. E.g. 'John Smith'
- Subject: This is the subject that the recipient will see. E.g. 'Thank you for your e,mail'
- Character Set: Leave this as is.
- HTML Message: Leave this unchecked unless you have someone that can create a HTML formatted response for you.
- Body: This is the part where you type in the message you want your recipients to read.
- Click Create/Modify
